I have read many articles about personality types, we do testing of all employees at AppDev so people understand their own personality type and therefore should know better how to deal with others, , , , there are Myers-Briggs testing and many others that are used. I did read an article recently that I enjoyed and wanted to share it with you. I found the article in Infoworld and there is a link below that you can use to go read the actual article, , , I found it to be a fun read.
